Grading the States ‘08: Alabama

Yesterday the Pew Center on the States released their Grading the States 2008 Report – an “assessment of the quality of management in the 50 states.” Alabama was given a C+ – with many more weaknesses than strengths.

Neighboring states received the following grades: Mississippi C+, Tennessee B-, Georgia B+, and Florida B-.
